Carreon built an extensive filmography throughout his career, showcasing his versatility across numerous productions. He is perhaps most widely recognized for his role as Mr. Carrion in the 1993 martial arts film "Angelfist." His career spanned many decades and he appeared in over 60 films. Some of his more well known roles were in the films "José Rizal" (1998), a historical drama, and "Sarah... ang munting prinsesa" (1995), a family film.
