Sook-Yin Lee (born 1966) is a Toronto-based filmmaker, musician, actor, and broadcaster. Her feature film writer and directorial debut, Year of the Carnivore, starring Cristin Milioti, premiered at TIFF. Sook-Yin Lee directs and co-writes the live-action movie adaptation of Chester Brown’s best-selling graphic novel Paying For It, which premiered at TIFF 2024.
