Despina Nikolaidou (Greek: Δέσποινα Νικολαΐδου, 1934 – 16 February 2023) was a Greek stage and film actress. She graduated from the Drama School of the National Theatre. She participated in films of the golden age of Greek cinema, in television series and in radio broadcasts. Characteristic were the roles of Roula Gravani, a close friend of Lisa Petrovasi, in the film Heartbeats at the Desk (1963) and Mary in Modern Cinderella (1965). She participated in films of the golden age of Greek cinema, in television series and in radio broadcasts. Characteristic were the roles of Roula Gravani, a close friend of Lisa Petrovasi, in the film Heartbeats at the Desk (1963) and Mary in Modern Cinderella (1965). Her husband was also the actor Giorgos Moutsios, with whom they formed their own troupe in 1977. She died on 16 February 2023, at the age of 89
