Will "William Mayo" Hindle (December 29, 1929 – April 7, 1987) was an independent American filmmaker of personal visual 16mm movies. From 1958 to 1976, he made ten 16 mm motion pictures. He employed complex rear-projection rephotography, slow motion, and subtle tinting techniques in his work.
