Afterwards, she turned to nude modeling. Her original pseudonym was Eva, but due to a production error, her real name was accidentally published; at that point she dropped the pseudonym. Zemanova has appeared in a number of U.S. and U.K. pictorial publications (notably Playboy Special Editions and Mayfair). Zemanova married in the autumn of 2003 to a man who Zemanova said was "the first real guy who cared more about my brains and less about my breasts" and retired from modeling.
