Seraag and directors ‘Abbaas Kaamel and Fateen Abdul Wahhaab were born of the same family. He was sent, by his family, to Europe to study medicine, but instead he studied German language. It was Muhammad Kareem, the director whom he met in Germany, who gave his first role in “Zeinab” the silent film. Mouneer joined the Acting Supporters Society and started acting on stage, in films as well as in the radio.
