The money he made from this (and videos) was invested in a solar installation service, and a video company called Pegasus Productions.  In 1990 he wound down his video appearances and escorting to concentrate on a new venture; a health food company in West Hollywood. It was around this time he was diagnosed as HIV+. Tim Kramer died on April 16th 1992 in Columbus, Ohio, from complications brought on by AIDS.
