Hotaru (ほたる) is a Japanese actress. While studying at Tama Art University, she began her acting career performing in an underground theater company. In 1993, she made her film debut in Mibōjin mofuku no modae (Widow: Bliss in a Mourning Dress), directed by Takahisa Zeze.
