After Guusje Nederhorst's death, Dinand wrote and recorded his tribute to her: "Dreamer (Gussie's Song)". Most Dutch radio stations aired it on the day of her funeral (which would have been her 35th birthday), Feb. 04, 2004, at 12:00 pm. Directly after the single hit the streets a week later on Feb. 11, it entered the major Dutch hit lists at the No. 1 position.
